What currency are your orders in?

Our prices are shown and charged in AUD on the Australian site.

What is the status of my order?

Once I have packaged your order and dispatch it, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Can I amend or cancel my order after I place it?

I kindly ask you to double-check your details before placing your order.

I will work alongside you to resolve any issues I can.

However I can not make any guarantees on being able to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed and confirmed.

My order has been delivered but I can not find it?

If you can not find your package, we recommend you to firstly contact the transportation company to ask for a Proof of Delivery, as well as ask your neighbors/housemates if they have held the package on your behalf.

All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia

What shipping options do you provide?

We offer Australia wide shipping and work with Australia Post.

Please note that depending on your shipping region, your selection of couriers may change.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order delivery will take between 5-10 days, depending on where in Australia you live.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over 200 AUD.

If you do not exceed this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer

Will there be any additional custom fees when my order arrives?

Please note that we are not responsible for the calculations and charges of any additional customs fees/taxes charged by the transportation company.

For more information about these potential added fees, kindly contact the transportation company directly or the customs in your country for more information before placing your order.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject only to the condition that there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Additionally, the jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, including certificates of authenticity and tags.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or are outside the eligible return period.

Due to hygienic regulations we do not refund or exchange any Kenley Cres pieces.
