Shipping and Returns

Order Processing / Shipping:

Upon receiving your order, we will process and ship it within 5 - 10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

The estimated shipping time is 5 - 10 business days within Australia. 

We offer standard and express shipping through Australia Post.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping for all orders over 200 AUD.

If you do not exceed this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We kindly ask you to double-check your details before placing your order. As we will be unable to amend or cancel your order after it is placed. 

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is packaged and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking number on the courier's website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

 

Eligibility:

We will accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject only to the condition that there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Additionally, the jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, including certificates of authenticity and tags.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or are outside the eligible return period.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kenleycres.com within the specified return period. They will assist you with this process.
  2. Kenley Cres will reimburse return shipping costs, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance to protect against loss or damage during the return transit.

 

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned jewellery and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

 

 Exchanges:

Due to hygienic regulations we do not refund or exchange any Kenley Cres pieces.
